REAL1301: REAL-1301: Principles/Practices-Real Est.

Description: Acquaints students with the real estate profession, covering wide range of subjects necessary to practice real estate. Includes license law, ethics, agency, purchase agreements, escrow and title work, appraisals, finance, property management, construction, investment techniques and civil rights.

Prerequisites: Concurrent enrollment in REAL-1501 Valuation of Residential Properties.
