Description: Introduction to various business entities including sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, and licensed professional associations. Drafting of partnership agreements and incorporation documents. Introduction to tax consideration and Securities and Exchange Commission ramifications.

Prerequisites: PL-1300 Civil Procedure, and PL-1400 Basic Legal Research and Writing.
