PL2301: PL-2301: Torts and Evidence

Description: Fundamental principles of tort law (personal injury, malpractice, intentional tort, and products liability) to explore paralegal responsibilities in trial setting. Collect and prepare evidence according to Ohio and Federal rules of evidence.

Prerequisites: PL-1300 Civil Procedure, and PL-1400 Basic Legal Research and Writing.
