Description: Designed to prepare the student to work within an Ophthalmological practice as well as pursue certification as an Ophthalmic Assistant. Emphasis on skills that are important to an allied health professional in the field of Ophthalmology such as refraction, tonometry, depth perception, pupillary evaluation, and instrument maintenance.
