Description: Hospitality Management on-site work experience in Baking. Students required to function in variety of workstations to reinforce learned classroom/lab skills. May be repeated up to three times with departmental approval.
Prerequisites: HOSP-1010 Introduction to Hopsitiality Industry, HOSP-1020 Sanitation and Safety, HOSP-1030 Basic Food Preparation, HOSP-1551 Baking Production and Sales I, and concurrent enrollment in HOSP-186E Hospitality Practicum Senimar, and departmental approval: work site approval.
