Description: Structure of the global distribution system. Development of global distribution system discussed along with factors influencing selection of channel members and methods of locating and selecting channel partners. Managing the global logistics system includes setting expectations, formulating entry strategy, recruiting distributors, motivating channel participants, and monitoring sales activities.
