Completion of customer sales transactions and application of communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and conflict management techniques. Recognition of legal and regulatory ramifications. Analysis and recommended resolution of complex ethical dilemmas found in the industrial distribution environment. Prerequistes: EET-1120 Survey of Engineering, BADM-1030 Introduction to Industrial Distribution and BADM-1040 Principles & Practices of Customer Service, or departmental approval.
