AUTO2700: AUTO-2700: Auto Service Operations

Description: Staffing and personnel selection, customer relations, consumer laws, expense control, repair facility site selection, hiring/firing legal issues, advertising and other business concerns dealing with automotive repair facility are examined. Case study will prepare students for day-to-day activities required of owner/supervisor of an automotive repair facility.

Prerequisites: BADM-1020 Introduction to Business, or BADM-1300 Small Business Management, or BADM-2200 Human Relations in Business, or BADM-2220 Organizatinal Behavior, or BADM-2330 Human Resource Management, or departmental approval.
