Description: Introduction to Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), which maintains a computer database of information about an organization's maintenance operations. Course will cover CMMS products that focus on the healthcare and research institutions industries. Topics include: CMMS specifications, standardized processes, inventory control, metrics and reports, work orders, scheduling, problem diagnosis, templates, costs and logistics, and common types in use.
Prerequisites: ATHM-2040 Basics of Maintenance for Healthcare and Institutional Facilities , and ATHM-1110 Customer Service for Healthcare and Institutional Facilities Maintenance
