Facilities Development & Operations
MissionTo operate, maintain and improve the facilities infrastructure (including furniture and equipment) in support of the College's mission, vision and values.
Services Provided
Facilities Development and Operations (FDO) is comprised of Capital & Construction, Plant Operations and Business Continuity. FDO is directly responsible for all purchased and leased properties, and the 10 Year College-wide Academic and Facilities Master Plan.
Business Continuity specifically covers analysis to ensure continuity of business operations, overall safety of the College through regulatory standards for OSHA, EPA, RCRA, etc., protection of all College assets, the records retention program, emergency notification system, and insurance policies.
Capital & Construction specifically covers facility planning, design, construction and renovation, furnishings and equipment installations, and capital funding.
Plant Operations specifically covers housekeeping, lawn mowing, landscaping, plowing, salting, event setup, preventative maintenance of facilities, corrective maintenance of facilities and energy management.
