To operate, maintain and improve the facilities infrastructure (including furniture and equipment) in support of the College's mission, vision and values.
Facilities Development and Operations (FDO) is comprised of Capital & Construction and Plant Operations. FDO is directly responsible for all purchased and leased properties, as well as the 10 Year College-wide Academic and Facilities Master Plan.
Capital & Construction specifically covers facility planning, design, construction and renovation, furnishings and equipment installations, sustainability and capital funding.
Plant Operations specifically covers housekeeping, lawn mowing, landscaping, plowing, salting, event setup, preventative maintenance of facilities, corrective maintenance of facilities and energy management.
